Just got my new Air Fryer last night. Old one was 4 qt. New one is 5.8 qt. 4 qt one is going up to the cabin. Next you’ll be welding up there.

Where is the love for a cowboy WOK around here? You dont know what your missing. Mine puts out enough flame that I conceivably could weld with it.....and requires no grid. Clean up is easy. Food is great. FORE!

Food is great. FORE! We have a smoker thread, one for griddles, one for air fryers. Start one for your cowboy wok.

I tried some boneless skinless chicken breast today in the air fryer. I put just enough oil on the chicken to get the coating to stick. Turned out pretty good. It's got to be a lot healthier than pan fried and taste just as good.

Then i dipped them in olive oil and air fried. About 90 seconds before they were done, I dipped them in franks buffalo and proceeded to finish in the AF. Fantastic!

Start at two minutes with whatever you have. Mine crisp up and melt the fat just perfectly at 3 minutes. Like they came off the grill.

I did some boneless skinless chicken breast in the air fryer last night. Forgot to take a pic but it sure was good. I brined the chicken for a few hours. Sprayed some olive oil on it and then rolled them in some flower seasoning. Air fried 8 minutes each side. Tender, moist and crispy.
