Made the rest of the chicken tonight, remembered to take pics this time. Pick in fryer is after cooking 9 minutes and then flipping. Other is after another 10 and done. Chicken was brined, rolled in flour mix and then sprayed with olive oil.

I'm partial to those things when it comes to nearly anything chicken. Hard to be a good leg though.

I'm partial to those things when it comes to nearly anything chicken. Hard to be a good leg though. I'm a white meat guy. No reason why it wouldn't be just as good with dark.

Legs today. I like sear them in the cast iron before throwing them in the air frier.
