The public has been on a buying frenzy for two years. With all the Boats, ATV's, UTV's, RV's, Fish Houses, and other toys folks have bought in the past few years......one would think so many of these toys are going to have to be sold as money becomes tight again......which is almost a certainty with the higher inflation and increased interest rates coming now. May be a good time to snag some of this stuff come fall or next winter? The other period in time that is remindful of these times is the early / mid Seventies. And that was followed by sky high interest rates and a very slow economy for several years. Folks were driving bad old cars and times did get tight for a while.....pre Reagan....IIRC. Cashed in on the new found equity of their house. Watch inflation kick their financial ass. House goes back to the bank. Bank zero accountability as fed backs them up and we all get to help pay the loans back. That sounds like somebody who learned nothing from the '08 crisis. Either they were too young, or they weren't educated about the history.

Many here will not / have not seen this act before. What can I say? ..

Try double that at least. Lol! The rooms we want done are larger than the rooms I had tiled back then. I'm guessing we'll be awful close to $30K Pretty sure we're gonna go with this stuff. You'd swear it was wood even up close The install is scheduled for the end of the month. I sure hope it looks good when done.

Floors and backsplash should be completed by the end of the day tomorrow. I suppose being done a few days later than expected is "pretty good" given how most things are getting done lately. We've got two rooms that are still carpeted and will someday get ceramic or porcelain tile....but that won't be anytime soon. We're still putting things back together and will be for a while I suppose. Got a few walls to paint yet too. One pic of the master bedroom

Tile guy just left. Has to come back to do 3 room transitions next week. New living room furniture comes Wednesday and then we can finally get back to sitting on something besides lawn chairs When the new furniture gets here, I'll snap a pic of the living room. edit...I'll just add the pics now. The brown wall with the TV is going to get painted to a lighter brown next week. Backsplash. I was fine with a painted wall. The wife was not. I have to admit, it looks better than it did.

Looks great stu! Just need some better pics of the deer heads. Looks like a TV upgrade is needed next. Lot of wall space to use up.

I bought the one in the pic sometime around 2008-09. It was a pretty good TV at that time. I guess it still is a "good" TV as it's working just fine. I'm not going to put up a 70" TV, but maybe a 65". I don't want to use up all the wall space. There are two more shoulder mounts going on that wall someday...the one from last year I'm still waiting to get back and a future (much, much higher scoring) buck

I went with the 70" on a tv stand. It takes up a lot of the wall and hides all of the pictures I had up underneath the 3 euro mounts. haha. I like that full sneak mount!

That is my first shoulder mount from MN. I saw that buck the afternoon before I shot him. He was destroying some willow brush and pushing a smaller buck around. The next morning I had a shot at him looking at me pretty much exactly like how he's mounted. To be honest, I really thought he was considerably bigger than he was/is. He does have some cool forking points though. I'm anxious to get last year's mount back. That one will likely make the full sneak look like the little dink he is.

I did mine in semi-sneak, although to me it looks more like semi-upright but w/e, I'm still tickled pink about it. First time I saw that one he was following a doe in the full sneak mode. I was a little afraid of going with that for the first one but they are growing on me quickly.
