I got it tilled, grass clippings and chicken manure applied, tilled again, and 5 hills of potatoes are planted.
The garlic I planted last fall is up.

I'll need at least another week of dry weather before trying to till our garden

I'm hoping to get the tractor out next week to dig up the pig pen and plant some oats with maybe a few field peas mixed in. I like to get those planted early in the pig pen so there is a decent amount of forage growing when I get the pigs in early June. I might have to think about digging up part of the garden at the same time to plant some potatoes, radishes, onions and peas.
I left my pigs clean up my garden for a month last fall, so they really dug it up and fertilized it well for me.

Just planted my peas and cucumbers in the garden box. Might be early on the cucumbers but it is worth the $2.50 gamble

yesterday we dug up the pigpen and planted it with oats, peas and a little buckwheat. Couldn’t get the atv drag turned around in there, so my son used a rake to cover the seed. Todays rain should be perfect.

First two rows of sweet corn and 180 potato plants in the ground. I didn’t do it. FIL did it on his own while I ran a saw cleaning up some Winter mess in the grove.

That's a lot of potatoes. You probably don't even need to ask what is for dinner every night since it is meat and potatoes.

Added a second garden this year. 16x24. Unloaded and hauled 8 yards of black dirt for the garden today. I’m tired!

Onions, lettuce, beets, and a few peas are in. I told my wife last night that she was slacking. Peas, onion sets, and beets should have been in before the rain (?) today. She didn't appreciate my input
