I tried to do the Koresh thing in one of my posts, but I couldn't connect the dots properly. Went with Dennis Hopper instead.

Remember that first time you started to doubt the rona hysteria? Remember when you saw that first video of the two ER doctors from California that were quickly shuttled off the face of the digital flat earth and youtube, facebook, and twitter started blocking, filtering, and discrediting anyone that challenged the state narrative? Remember that? You know you're getting close when state media goes out of their way to help discredit or silence you, like they do to real doctors, the president, and now researchers that challenge ball nonsense.

Yep, it's official. Time to move the griddle into the garage. Hey Mike, You had talked about something you did to your griddle top to get it even smoother, or maybe to re-season or condition it. Could you share that again? I've got some time under both of mine, and I wish they'd be a tad bit smoother and more slippery.

The one I bought had some instruction with it and I just followed them. Basically its like a big sandpaper brick. Put some oil on the griddle and rub with the brick. Rub till you get the results you want and then re-season the top. I followed the re-seasoning instruction from BlackStone. The one I bought is no longer on amazon but here's a link. www.amazon.com/s?k=grill+cleaning+brick

I've got a great seasoning on mine, but the eggs still stick a little and that's with a good puddle of butter under them. I need those eggs loose if I'm going to make a perfect trifold omelet come deer season.
